By registering for GrainGrowers events, you agree to accept these terms and conditions. GrainGrowers reserves the right, in its discretion, to cancel any registrations that do not comply with these terms and conditions, or if GrainGrowers considers that there is reputational risk to the organisation. GrainGrowers reserves the right to update the terms and conditions without notice.

Disclaimer

GrainGrowers’ directors and employees will not be responsible for any losses, damages, injuries, liabilities, claims or expenses arising from the event.

GrainGrowers will not take responsibility for communications, graphics, audio files or other information inappropriate, offensive, harmful, inaccurate, dishonest or misleading and/or deceptive published by participants, participants, sponsors or speakers.

Photography

At GrainGrowers events photography, audio and video recording may occur. By taking part in a GrainGrowers activity, you consent to photography, audio recording, video recording and its release, publication, exhibition or reproduction for news, webinars, promotional purposes, advertising and social media.

Cancellation policy

All cancellations must be made in writing to enquiries@casino world www.meteoflash.net. Cancellation by phone will not be accepted.

For cancellations received less than 48 hours prior to an event, refunds will not be issued. However, substitutions without charge will be accepted within 48 hours before the event.

Program content

GrainGrowers reserves the right to alter the program prior to or during the event without notice. We will endeavor to ensure the program and schedule is correct at the time of posting. GrainGrowers does not take any responsibility for any errors or omissions to the program or schedule of the event. Please note: not all speakers choose to provide presentation papers.

Code of conduct

By registering for any GrainGrowers event the participant is expected to behave in a professional and appropriate manner. GrainGrowers reserves the right to refuse entry to any event or ask the participant to leave if their behaviour is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, unacceptable or if intoxicated. GrainGrowers does not tolerate online or in person, harassment or discrimination of other participants.

Event attendees must be over 18 years of age (unless otherwise specified) and proof of age may be asked at any time. GrainGrowers staff reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone in breach of the code of conduct and to deny access to future GrainGrowers activities.

Insurance

GrainGrowers accepts no responsibility for accident or misadventure including flight cancellations or lost property.
